Our Steering Committee
The SPA Councils are adjusting to their roles within The Children's Council's new relationship-based organizing model. This is an evolutionary process that will address questions regarding the structure and duties of our Steering Committees and membership roles. As these questions are resolved, these pages will be dedicated to informing you of our progress.

representatives, anchor agency,
CBO’s, residents, NAC representatives,
and council members.
All members in attendance have one vote on any action items.

meeting is now the governance for the SPA3 Council.
